The Freedom Program

The Freedom Program: Smoking, Vaping & Drinking

You already know why you want to stop. The reason it has not stuck is that the habit does not live in the part of you that knows things. This is a complete, structured program for people who are done negotiating with themselves.

The problem

Why knowing better has not been enough

Everyone I have ever worked with on this could recite the health argument back to me perfectly. Information is not the missing piece. It never was.

What is actually running is a set of automatic associations built over years: the first coffee, the drive home, the ten minutes outside with the one coworker you like, the glass poured before you decided to pour one, the beat after a hard phone call. The chemical pull is real, but most of what holds the pattern in place is choreography โ€” time of day, place, mood, the people around you. Break the choreography and the whole thing gets considerably lighter.

On drinking specifically, so there is no confusion. This program is for people who want to cut back or stop, and who are looking for help making a decision they have already made actually stick. It is habit and motivation work. It is not treatment for alcohol use disorder, dependence, or addiction โ€” those are medical and clinical matters, they are outside my scope, and I do not work on them. If alcohol withdrawal is a physical risk for you, that is a medical situation and it needs a physician before anything else. I ask about this at the screening call, and I refer out without hesitation when that is the right answer.

The work

What the program actually is

This runs as one complete program rather than a stack of sessions you buy one at a time, because habit change works far better with a defined shape and a hard edge on it. You pick a date. We build toward it, then we reinforce past it, and I stay in contact through the window where people usually slip.

Four sessions across roughly six weeks. The first maps your actual pattern โ€” every trigger, in order, in your real week โ€” and builds a replacement for each. The second lands on or just before your quit date. The third handles whatever the first weeks threw at you. The fourth locks in the new normal once it has had time to settle.

Plus everything around them: three custom audio recordings made in your own sessions, a written trigger plan, text access to me for the whole six weeks, and check-in calls at thirty and ninety days. The check-ins are not a courtesy โ€” ninety days is where the pattern either sets or quietly comes back, and almost nobody in this field stays in contact that long.

What actually happens

Your session, step by step

  1. A free fifteen-minute screening call first โ€” including an honest conversation about whether this is the right tool for what you are describing.
  2. Session one: your real pattern, mapped without judgment. The unsanitized version is the useful one.
  3. Choosing a date you actually believe in, not one that sounds impressive.
  4. Sessions two, three and four across about six weeks, each aimed at the specific triggers you named.
  5. A written plan for the three hardest moments in your week, three custom recordings, six weeks of text support, and check-ins at thirty and ninety days.

How many sessions? Four sessions across roughly six weeks, with everything above included, for a flat $1,200. Not sold by the hour, because it does not work by the hour. Nobody is asked to buy a package before their first session, and you will never be sold a program in the middle of a trance.

Take it home: Smoke-Free Reinforcement

A 22-minute daily track for the first month after your date. Included with the program.

Every one-on-one client also gets a recording made specifically for them, in their own words โ€” not this one. This is the general version, for anyone.

Questions

About smoking, vaping & drinking

Honest answer: it works for a lot of people and it does not work for everyone, and I am not going to quote you a success-rate percentage, because the ones advertised in this industry are almost never substantiated. What I will tell you is that hypnosis works best for people who genuinely want to stop and are looking for help making it stick โ€” and does very little for people who were sent by a spouse.

Because the results come from the structure, not from the hours. Sold by the session, people stop after the second one, right at the point where the old pattern pushes back hardest. Sold as a program, they finish. The flat price also means I have no reason to stretch it out, and you know the number before you start.

Yes โ€” for cutting back or stopping, as habit and motivation work. What I do not do is treat alcohol dependence or addiction; that is clinical territory and outside my scope. If you are physically dependent, withdrawal can be genuinely dangerous and needs a doctor, not a hypnotist. We will talk about which situation you are in on the screening call, honestly, and I will point you to licensed help if that is what you need.

It is a common concern and worth naming in session one, because the substitution that leads to it is itself a habit pattern we can address directly rather than waiting for it to show up.

You call or text me โ€” that is what the six weeks of access and the check-ins are for. A slip is information about a trigger we missed, not a verdict on you.

Yes. This is the one non-negotiable. Hypnosis cannot make you want something you do not want, despite what stage shows suggest. If you are ambivalent, book the free screening call and let us talk about it honestly first.
